The calculators and quote check ask for project details such as project type, ZIP code, size, quality level, and a quoted amount. We store these estimate inputs so we can improve our cost model. They are not tied to your name, and no account or email address is required to use them.

If you contact us or claim a business listing, we keep the details you send, such as your name, email address, and message, so we can respond and process the request.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server records needed to deliver and protect the site.

We also run our own product measurement, which is not used for advertising and is never shared with ad networks. It records only what someone did on the site: the page path, which trade, city, state, or ZIP code was searched, the search words typed into the search box, how many results came back, which calculator was used, and which buttons were tapped on a company listing. It does not record your IP address, your browser fingerprint, your name, your email address, or your phone number.

Each visit gets a random identifier stored only for the life of the browser tab. It is erased when the tab closes and cannot be used to recognize you on this or any other site.

To operate and improve the site, to respond to messages, to maintain accurate company information, and to protect against abuse. We do not sell your personal information.

If you later ask us to pass a project request to contractors, we will tell you at that point exactly what is shared and with whom, and we will only do it with your consent.

We use cookies and similar storage for essential site function and basic measurement. You can block or clear cookies in your browser, though some features may not work as well.

We keep information only as long as it is useful for the purposes above or required by law, and we use industry-standard measures to protect it. No system is perfectly secure, so please avoid sending sensitive personal details in a message.
